Levraq provides (a) the Debt Check, a free diagnostic that turns your answers and matching UCC filings into a Debt Pressure Report and may refer you to an independent restructuring firm with your consent, (b) public calculators, and (c) a private research workspace for invited teams that aggregates distress signals about businesses from public sources.
2. Not advice, not a promise
Reports, tiers, calculators and option explanations are informational and provided as-is. They are not legal, financial, tax or investment advice. Levraq is not a lender, a law firm or a debt-settlement company and makes no promise that any debt will be reduced, eliminated, settled or that assets will be protected. Any engagement with that firm is a separate agreement between you and them.
3. Your answers
You confirm that the answers you give in the Debt Check are about a business you own or are authorised to represent, and that you have the right to share the contact details you provide.
4. Accounts
Workspace users are responsible for safeguarding their credentials and for all activity under their account. You may not share access, resell data, or run automated scraping against the service.
5. Data accuracy
Signals are derived from third-party government filings and automated analysis; coverage is limited to the sources named on the site. We do not guarantee accuracy, completeness or timeliness. Verify against the source filings before acting.
6. Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Levraq is not liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from use of the service.
