1. What we collect
Debt Check: the business name, state and industry you enter; your answers about revenue range, advances, remittances, missed payments, notices, personal guarantee and total owed; your name, email and optional phone; your consent choices; and the campaign parameters (utm_*) in the link you arrived from. Contact form: name, work email, company, use case and message. Workspace accounts: email and a bcrypt password hash. All visitors: standard server logs (IP address, pages requested) and a Cloudflare Turnstile bot check on forms.
2. How we use it
To compute and store your Debt Pressure Report under a private link, to email you that link and, if you opted in, a 30-day re-check; to answer sales inquiries; to operate the workspace; and to improve the service. We do not sell personal information.
3. Sharing with our referral partner
Only if you tick the consent box and click the consultation button on your report do we send our referral partner, an independent restructuring firm, your name, email, phone, state, business name, industry, the total-owed range you chose and a link to your report. Levraq refers qualifying businesses to an independent restructuring firm and may receive a referral fee.
4. Owner-reported facts in the research data
If you select your business from the UCC matches we show, your revenue range, number of open advances and remittance frequency are stored as owner-reported observations attached to that business record, marked with their source and date. They never overwrite machine-read values and are not exported.
5. Company data
Distress signals concern businesses, not individuals, and are compiled from public government records (SEC, state UCC registries, WARN notices, court dockets).
6. Third parties
Neon (database), Cloudflare (hosting, bot protection), Resend (transactional email) and our referral partner (only with your consent). Each processes data only as needed to provide its service.
7. Retention and deletion
Reports are kept so the private link keeps working. Email sales@levraq.com from the address on the report to have it and the associated referral record deleted.
