  • No contact data beyond public SEC officer records unless a paid provider is enabled for your workspace.

What the workspace covers

  • UCC filings from Connecticut, Colorado, Oregon, Florida and California (weekly), plus SEC filers, Texas WARN notices and Chapter 11 dockets.
  • Secured-party classification, stacked-lien detection, filing-agent masking and debtor addresses from UCC filings.
  • A capped distress score and a qualification rule that needs verified evidence of identity, operations, $300,000 annual gross revenue, service need, continuity and legal review. Missing evidence never qualifies a lead.
