Free Debt Check, with UCC filings from 5 states

Understand your business debt before it decides for you.

If daily or weekly remittances to merchant cash advance funders are eating your revenue, the Debt Check shows the numbers in two minutes: your remittance ratio, how many advances are stacked, the UCC filings naming MCA funders, and what each option actually involves.

Example report

critical
28%
of revenue goes to remittances

Remittances above 25% of revenue and three open advances. Illustrative numbers, not a real business.

Run your own

How it works

Three steps, no account, no sales call unless you ask for one.

Monthly revenue range, open advances, what you remit and how often, missed payments and any notices you have received. Nothing you type is sold.

Who it is for

Owners who already have advances and want the picture before the next decision.

Levraq is a diagnostic and referral service. It is not a lender, a law firm or a debt-settlement company, and it does not promise reduction, elimination or protection.

FAQ

Questions owners ask first

A two-minute questionnaire about your merchant cash advances and remittances. It returns a Debt Pressure Report: your remittance-to-revenue ratio, how many advances are stacked, the public UCC filings we hold for your business, and a Stable, Strained or Critical tier with the rule written out.

UCC filings from Connecticut, Colorado, Oregon, Florida and California (weekly), plus SEC filers, Texas WARN notices and Chapter 11 dockets. Most businesses have no matching filing; no match is not proof that nothing was filed.

They are stored with your report under a private, unguessable link that is never indexed. Nothing is shared with anyone unless you tick the consent box and click the referral button on your report.

Yes. The consultation is free too. Levraq may receive a referral fee from the firm for businesses it refers; that relationship is disclosed on every referral button.

How referrals work

Levraq refers qualifying businesses to an independent restructuring firm and may receive a referral fee.

How it works:

  • Run the Debt Check and read your report
  • If it qualifies, you can ask for a free consultation from the report
  • Nothing is shared unless you ticked consent and clicked
